About Me

This a picture of my granddaughter Juliana who wants a puppy!:D updated 9/27/11

We love Boxers and had a brindle male named MAX.He had Champion blood lines and was certified & was very smart!  We lost him a few years ago to a back problem that after lots of treatment was still incurable. We tried Chiropractor treatments, acupuncture & steroids he felt a little better but it was all temporary. We loved him like one of our kids and it was the hardest thing to go through loosing him. I think I am finally almost ready to get another Boxer, we would like our new Granddaughter to grow up with one. Juliana will be born in the end of July and we want to make sure all goes well with her & our family first before we get a new puppy. I always told my daughter when her & her husband got a house we could still travel and they could watch the puppy at there house. We never kenneled our dog, family always watched him or he came with us. some of the adventure we go on, we can not easily take him, So we want family to watch him.

Look forward to hearing from other boxer owners.

Renee & Dave

Update:01/22/12

Nitro/scooby is now 37lbs and had is ears cropped. He is a happy puppy most of the time except when he is over tired. (just like a baby) He is very vocal for a boxer. But is very smart too. He knows sit, stay, lay down, speak, rollover, give me your paw, other paw, shake (water off you),wait for Mommy, who's here, get in the shower, this side and more, even NO BITE when he feels like listening he's still a puppy, but he is very stuburn, when he doesn't wan to do something too! Persistance is the key with him. Ignoring him helps too. He will come to you everytime. We are very happy with him and glad we got him from Autumn boxers. Everyone Loves him when they see him he is "the mascot" at the vets office. They all run out to see him. He has gained a lb every two days since we brought him home @ 9lbs!

We are happy to show our Boy now Nitro & how gentle he is with our grandaughter he is over 80 lbs already and only 10 months old!

We are still deciding if we should move or get a puppy first, mean while we are traveling a lot.
But every time we look at the new puppies we say lets get one.
If we only, didn't have to work!
